How to Return Your Rental Equipment After Your Cruise

  1. Locate the Drop-Off Area After disembarking from your cruise, make your way to the designated drop-off area. Our drop-off location is situated outside the parking garage, right next to the self-pay parking machines. Look for the sign that reads "Elmora Healthcare and Cloud of Goods Drop Off."

  2. Ensure All Equipment is Accounted For Before heading to the drop-off area, please make sure that all rented equipment, including any accessories, is accounted for. Double-check that you have the scooter or wheelchair, as well as any batteries, chargers, or other items that were included with your rental.

  3. Secure the Equipment Once you arrive at the drop-off area, please secure the equipment in the designated spot. Ensure that the scooter or wheelchair is turned off, remove the key from the ignition, and place it in the back pocket of the seat.

  4. Leave a Note (If Necessary) If you encountered any issues with the equipment or have feedback about your rental experience, feel free to leave a note with your contact information. This will help us improve our services and address any concerns promptly.

  5. Verify Your Return After securing the equipment, take a moment to verify that you have left everything in good condition. This helps ensure a smooth check-in process and prevents any discrepancies.
